Hi,

I am unable to get this monitor to work at a resolution greater than
1024x768 using a DVI cable. Using the provided DSUB cable, all
resolutions work correctly. I have tried varying the refresh rate, but
to no avail.

While the XP boot screen is displayed the black background turns red,
and the screen is jumbled and blocky. Once in Windows at 1024x768, I am
able to change the resolution/frequency, but the following error is
displayed: 'Attention: Signal frequency out of range', and once again
the screen becomes jumbled.

Any ideas will be gratefully received.

Thanks,

S

Have you installed the proper monitor definition file so that Windows knows
about the monitor's capabilities? It is probably new enough that it won't be
one of the pre-defined types on the XP install CD.
