Help selecting a NUC for HTPC/VOIP/Steam In-Home Client

So I've been looking at getting a NUC to serve as an HTPC and run very small (<10 users) Mumble and Teamspeak servers in the background. I already have a 4GB SO-DIMM and am purchasing an SSD (dat Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB @ $56).

I've narrowed my selection down to three:

  GIGABYTE GB-BXBT-1900 (rev. 1.0) w/ Intel Celeron J1900 @ $115 (-$10 rebate)
  Foxconn iBT-29 1 w/ Intel Pentium J2900 @ $160
  Foxconn Beema nT-ABM63 1 w/ AMD A6-6310 @ $170 (+$7.56 shipping)

PassMark ranks the J1900, J2900, and A6-6310 at 1887, 2046, and 2351 points, respectively.

Gigabyte's J1900 offering has far and away the best performance/$, but I'm unsure if it's sufficient - it will mostly be used for web browsing and watching videos. Maaaybe Steam In-Home streaming from my desktop upstairs? Would be nice if possible but by no means a requirement.

Anyone care to shed some light?

For 1080p streaming and web browsing all are fine. For steam or other servers it is insufficient, should at minimal get an i3 if not i5 nuc.
