help solving my laptop problem

Hi guys,I have a problem with my toshiba satelite C660-2D8 it started about a month ago,I press the turn on button on my laptop the fan goes on,and I can hear the turning on sound but ntn shows on my screen and then turn itself off agen,sumtimes my laptop goes on and work normaly again,and then it starts doin this again,if someone can plz help me fix this problem

There are a few things you can check when you get no screen image. You can shine a flashlight at the screen to see if a dim image is displayed, if so then the issue is likely your power inverter for the screen. You can also try seeing if the same thing occurs when connected to an external monitor (or TV) which might indicate the CPU is failing since graphics is on your CPU (a lot less likely though). Another thing to check is the angle of the screen, see if changing the screen tilt brings picture back which would indicate a loose or faulty wire
