Help!!!!! This Is Emergency

I have an old Biostar G31D-M7 v8.5. So , can i put a Q9400 in it?? I found some information said the mainboard only fit with 65w tdp CPU and the Q9400 is 95w
P/s: I'm poor and sorry for my bad English

Looks like the Q9400 is not supported.

You can use Q9400s and Q9505s - they are essentially a low TDP (65W) versions of their regular counterparts. Harder to find, though.
