Question Help to build a PC

I'm studying about web development and my old laptop just not enough, so I decided to build a new PC.
My budget around 1300 USD or 18M IDR, I would be glad if you can pick the part from enterkomputer.com. I'm just not sure which graphic card and processor that enough for web development task.

What do you currently have to work with? List it's specs or pass on an SKU for the laptop(alongside it's make and model). You might also want to read through this thread and follow the same stylizing for your thread.
