Question DRAM and CPU light on suddenly

I completed my first build a week ago and everything was running smoothly. I used it yesterday morning and shut it off to go to work but when I came home and turned it on the DRAM and CPU lights were solid red and it won’t boot now. I have a mobo speaker and there weren’t any beeps.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Reseating CPU,SSD, and both sticks
Taking out the CMOS battery
Taking out gpu and leaving 1 stick in
Using one stick in slots 2 and 4
Using both sticks in slots 1 and 3
Posting with no sticks

Every one of these ended with both lights remaining on constantly. No flashing or anything.

I have no idea what it could possibly be because it’s only been a week so there’s no reason anything should already be going bad.

Your board sports a BIOS FlashBack button at the rear of the motherboard;

Page 51, follow through the instructions and then you should be able to reflash the BIOS with the latest version. Clear the CMOS and see if that helps.

When you clear the CMOS, be sure to disconnect from the wall and display, remove the battery from the board, then press and hold down the power button for 30secs, then replace the battery after 30mins.
