Help to choose OS

Good Day guys! I need some help with my laptop..

Specs:
Lenovo ThinkPad L512
Intel Core i5 M 460 @2.53ghz
4GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics

i searched through lenovo website but they only support the drivers of my laptop in windows 7 (Intel Display Driver 8.15.10.2555)
there's no graphics driver for windows 10.

But when i tried to install windows 10 pro RS3 and run the windows update. It updates the graphics driver with version Intel Display Driver 8.15.10.9200 with date 11/26/2012..

So i want to know if this is safe? what OS should i use for that laptop specs?windows 10 or windows 7?? my windows 10 runs fine but i'm experiencing random shutdown due to heating issue (it reached 110 degrees celcius) So i limit the processor maximum rate to 80%..

The os loads the drivers designed for the OS and will be fine to use on your laptop with windows 10
you can always goto www.intel.com and goto support and use the tool there to test for intel chipset/video drivers updates.

I would bump the memory to 8GB and stick with Windows 7 x64.

I have tried that before but intel doesn't find any chipset/driver updates for my laptop..
It's weird that the windows update have an updated driver for my laptop even lenovo and intel does not have.

I would bump the memory to 8GB and stick with Windows 7 x64.

thankyou for your suggestion but i can't upgrade my ram easily due to lack of stocks here in my location
