Question R7 9800x3D Temperature Problem

I have a 9800x3D processor. While people play games at 55 degrees, I am running around 55-60 degrees at idle. I use a 360 Asus cooler, I removed the gelatin, and the case fans are in good condition. Please help, could the processor be faulty?

What kind of improper installation could I have made, if this is the problem? By the way, I tried it with another liquid cooler to test it, but nothing changed.
