Question R7 9800x3D Temperature Problem

I have a 9800x3D processor. While people play games at 55 degrees, I am running around 55-60 degrees at idle. I use a 360 Asus cooler, I removed the gelatin, and the case fans are in good condition. Please help, could the processor be faulty?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Include the make and models of the fans as well as their number and orientation within your build.
