The prices of used gpu in my country :
3000 = gtx 960 4gb ,gtx 1050 ti ,gtx 770 4gb , gtx 680 4gb
3500 = rx 570 4gb , gtx 970 , r9 290
3700 = r9 290x

Specs
my cpu : i7 3770
PSU : 700W 80% plus
ram : 2x4 gb 1600MHZ

So plz answer those 3 points to help me :

1- i want to choose the best one for gaming of them

2- i know that gtx 970 only use 3.5gb vram with max speed and if used above 3.5 gb he will slow as the remain .5 gb are slower
and i saw a topic that said that Nvidia will make a driver to solve this problem so i'm afraid of choosing gtx 970 so i want to know if that problem is solved or not so the other cards will perform better when using full 4 gb vram

3- does rx 480 4gb have stuttering problems or it performs well and better than gtx 970 ?

sorry for my bad english
THX A LOT

Always go with newer. I would pick that rx570. Very good gpu. You can run almost every game on high-very high-ultra settings with 60fps. Pair it with free sync monitor and perfect.

The GTX 970 is probably the fastest one you've listed. I don't think 3.5 vs 4GB really matters on a core i7 3770. You are only going to be playing at 1080P with this CPU realistically. Why don't you save up some money and buy a GTX 1070 or something.

I can't buy gtx 1070 or even 1060 Because i'm almost poor man XD
and i think 3.5 vram of gtx 970 would make it unable to run games smoothly in future if games used all 4 gb vram at minimum settings
so if i found r9 290 for 3200 pounds should i buy it or buy rx 570
i'm still affraid of gtx 970 (3.5 gb vram limitation)

Edit :
i still not have the i7 3770 but i'm planning to buy it
but have i5 3570
