I have actually a i5-2400k and i want to change it but i want a ryzen 5 2700x and i need to change my motherboard and my ram but i dont know what to buy can someone help me ?

In very general terms, for the 2xxx series Ryzen, select a b450 or x470 motherboard that has the features you like. If you plan to STAY with the R5 you will more than likely be fine with a good b450.
Check the QVL for the mobo you select and look for compatible RAM. 16GB (2x8) DDR4 running 3200 and certainly not below 2933.

I have a i5-2400k motherboard=maximus iv genez/gen3 my ram=corsair ddr3 2x8 from corsair my power suply=thermaltake 600w 80 bronze hdd=500go western digital my case = antec thrre hundred two micro atx my gpu=asus strix gtx 960 4gb no ssd

My budget is form 300 to 500$

There is no such thing as a 2400k. Only k series i5, from second gen, was the 2500k. I would highly recommend a better quality PSU. An SSD really is ideal, also.
