Budget?

Location?

Primary purpose of PC?

Second and third purpose of PC?

Were those parts you list above chosen for any particular reason? Or just to fill up your budget? Or?

I see a package of 9 fans with RGB and 64 GB of RAM. Not clear on exactly what you have in mind.

I just wanna high gaming PC if it's even cost me pretty much but still I won't wanna go a certain point. Moreover I always wanna use settings at maximum in every high demand program and game

And I wanna build a PC but I know I should start from very cheap models so I could know what should I do for my next PC but I don't wanna spend too much money for making many PC's and not using them.

I choose parts not based on budget as I mentioned before it's my first time trying this I have limited knowledge about it but I tried my best to find the parts that I feel are good enough with a not to high price.

I was thinking to go with 32gb 7200mhz but I just decided to go with 64 6400-6000 Mhz for more storage ram in case.
Maybe I'm thinking that more Ram is better cuz of my phones PC might be different so please feel free to correct me.

And all the parts I will be buying at Black Friday/ Cyber Monday!!!
20%-50% save$ if I will be lucky enough

Add this case to that build down below. Replace the rear exhaust fan that comes with that case with the 140mm ARGB fan in the build. The 3-pk of 120mm ARGB fans goes inside the top of that case where an AIO would normally go. Low profile RAM so that it doesn't impede that dual tower ARGB cpu cooler.

Why do want to spend so much money on a PC? Wouldn't it be better to spend 2.5k rather than 4.5k?
I know it's allot it's just when I think I could do better I wanna go all out for the PC. It's just I said about maximum how much I can spend but I will try my best to econom my money that's why I'm waiting black Friday,Cyber Monday and Christmas.

At start I wanted to take NZXT 9 Flow for the case cuz it's very beautiful but the airflow is so bad so I changed my mind into Lian li

It's not "bad".

But it probably isn't ideal.

Take your time. Slow down. Wait for more responses.

For example; I'd at least consider Intel 13700K, Intel 14700K, or AMD CPUs.

I'd strongly consider air cooling.
At the beginning I was thinking about and
You left off one important detail. What monitor are you going to use.
No I didn't don't worry I have 15 in mind from cheapest with minimum requirements until the best but high price my list starts from 500$CA until 1400$CA. BUT like I said I wanna go all out if I do so I have to take proper monitor based on my build in that case I'm thinking to buy Samsung Odyssey Neo G8😭😭 1350$CA but the best monitor

Isn't 420 mm fans are good to give more space for better airflow and I thought I choose good CPU coolers. It's not that good? And ya I didn't choose yet case fans (((

Thats not really true I been using MSI cards a long time and a 4090 is a better card for a 4K monitor.

steer clear of intel LGA1700 13th and stay way way away from 14th the platform is almost dead .. your going to get better upgrade / life span out of AM5

7800x3d and a 4090 would be the best if gaming is your thing and your budget permits ..

That said dont rule out a 4080 super / Ti when they release they will be middled between a 4080 and the 4090 ..if 20gb v ram and decently priced i would buy that over a 7900xtx ( and i love my AMD stuff )

even now with 8000 series most likely coming next year some time the 7800x3d is a perfect cpu as i guess AMD will do the 8000 next year some time and drop the ZEN5x3d the next year or some months later !!

if you can spring for a decent x670e cool otherwise a decent B650e with the added features of gen 5 x16 pcie ..

a arctic freezer ii 280 /360 will cool the 7800x3d easily ( there are fancier coolers out there but bang for buck and performance arctic still holds the crown )

DDR5 cl 30 6000 ram is AMD sweet spot

1200w psu if a 4090 1000w if a 7900xtx ..

WD sn850x 2tb are good cheap ssds , samsung 980 pros and firecuda 530s are also good ..

cases well something with good air flow mesh and dust filters if possible cases are a very personal thing in my opinion !!

I know and the price of AsRock Aqua RX 7900 XTX pretty much same as Nvidia 4090
But at start I was thinking about pulse 7900XTX and it's pretty cheap and 2 best GPU

7900XTX the most heavy 4k gaming at max graphics can run 93FPS
4090 113FPS at maximum with super heavy games like cyberpunk

I thought you were looking for the best performance?

I would get the 7800x3d and 4090

The processor is not going to matter much in 4K gaming but the 7800x3d is right their with the best of them.

as rock aqua is a beast as is the liquid devil 7900xtx OCed off the charts BUT for out of the box best of the best performance the 4090 is the king !!
OR
like i said in my post wait for the 4080 super /TI specs its going to beat the 7900xtx better RT DLSS and cheaper than the 4090 !! ( fingers crossed its Nvidia we are talking about here !! : ) )

Ya 7950 3D is very good and I was thinking about it but it has less cores that's why I went after Intel so it would be more stable. Is 7950 better even with less cores?

if gaming is your only thing dont waste money on the 7950 x3d the 7800x3d is just as good in most cases and cheaper ..
the 7950x or x3d is a better buy over 13th or 14th gen everyday of the week !!
the 13900k is the overall champ but i just cant recommend LGA1700 anything as its at the end of its life span !!

Ugh 😫 that's so hard to choose Aqua Is killing me with his beauty and it's almost same as 4090 but 4090 still better

If I have to choose which 4090 I need so it will be founders edition

Plus gaming in 4K he could just get the 7700X and not tell any difference.
well 100% if it was me building a kick arse system today id have to go a 7700 non x ( easy to cool place holder for ZEN5 ) a 4090 job done ..

then go a 8950 or sit on 7700 till ZEN 5 x3d cpu's..

frankly any thing as you know at 4k the cpu does very little so 7700 all day

On the cheaper side wait for the 4080 super /TI i really think thats going to be a beast of a card slotted in between the the 7900xtx and the monster 4090 !!
