Question [HELP]Trying to Create ISO File windows 10 with current applications.

Hey I'm trying to create a boot-able USB with the current OS and the applications already installed on the PC. Can anyone guide me on how i can do this? I was thinking of making an image on VirtualMachine and transfering that image and files to a USB but i have a feeling there is another way to capture the current state of the pc. thanks.

Get Rufus : https://rufus.ie/
Read manual (all 1 page of it).
Get Windows 10 ISO.
Use Rufus.
Done.
