So for some weird problem, whenever I turn off my PSU (the switch on the PSU), after I turn it on again, my PC wont boot. The fans are spinning, but the screen doesn't display anything. I had to unplug a ram and insert it again to boot. If I don't turn of my PSU, I can boot just fine.

An additional information is that I have bent my socket pins on my z97 motherboard before I see this problem, I fixed the pins myself, stress tested my cpu with prime95 and things seems to be ok. I do not know whether the problem is the psu, the cpu, the motherboard, or the ram 🙁(

My system spec:
CPU: I5 4690k cooled with phanteks tc12 dx
VGA: R9 290 watercooled with corsair h60
MB: Gigabyte Z97x ud5h BK
PSU: FSp Aurum Pro 850w
2 120gb ssd and 1 1tb hdd

Temps on both CPU and VGA are ok, CPU max at 65 degree C at 4.3 ghz in prime 95, VGA peak at 60 degree full load

have gigabyte ga-z97mx gaming 5 with intel i5 4590s.egva gold supernova 650 g2 pcu.and noctua d15 aircooler.used onboard grafikk.its my second card that is doing this for me.same model.last mobo i can after taking out all ram but leave one.dosent matter witch socket that have the one left then it beeps the normal beep for post and i get bios axsess.and hwen i have loaded optimal bios settings auto save and exit it restarts and go from post beep to windows 10 and work like normal.i can turn the pc of and innsert the 1 ramstick so i have 2 and start normaly allthe way.the last 2 sticks of ram i put in same time after pc off and stared pc like normal.i run stress test for harware but all god.but if i leave it off long time like one and a half day it will not post again and the beeper i plugged to the m.board just clikcs.every time those card start all fans spinn upp but cpu fan stops breafly and starts again.my gess is thay have been cheap on the esd protection for somthing lig iq chip?cant find nothing about the esd design on those board but the othe series of ultra durable they are wery proud over esd guard on all critical places.i have never in my 30 years of elektroniks had 2 card of the same model go bad for what?have build many pc.s and i am going to stick to asus.they are electricaly designed rigth.over the years they have prooven their durability.all my parts are new and.seems like the pcu runs out of standing voltage in a capasitor, and as long mobo sens that voltage it have all settings righ and i can power pc upp witouth problem.i gess they know gigabyte themselvs.
