HELP! Upgrade from windows 7

I used the media creation tool to upgrade from windows 7 to 10 and this happened upon reboot of the tool blue screen saying error code 0xc000000f

That usually means something went wrong with the boot configuration. If possible, try to attempt a startup repair but that may not work. You may have to get a clean disk and reinstall windows.
