Help: Upgrade of GPU pairing with old components

Hi,

I want to upgrade my 4year old pc by purchasing a new gpu. I am wondering if what gpu can I buy that is applicable with my following specs. Considering the bottleneck issues if it will be paired with my old components. Please also take note that I am planning to upgrade my whole rig bit by bit and I just want to start with the gpu.

I dont need the GPU to be on its maximum potential YET, but at least wont do harm than good. Also I am looking for a GPU that can be a prep for upgrading my other components, meaning to say a decent one that can be paired with latest specs in the future.

MOBO: ASUS P8H61-M LE/USB3
RAM: 8GB ddr3
CPU: i3 2100 3.1ghz Sandy Bridge
GPU: AMD HD 6570 1GB
BUDGET: $200

At $200, the GTX 960 is about as high as you can go. Most require at least a 450W PSU w/1 x 6-pin.
The R9-380 is another choice in that price range, but requires at least a 550W PSU w/2 x 6-pin.
Some models may require slightly higher specs.
