Budget is $50-200. Know my system is OLD, mostly do Flight simulation. Looked at GTX660 with 3 gig of memory but wondered if I could go higher. In the used market there are a lot of choices as people upgrade, just not sure where to start getting the most bang for the buck . . . New gaming computers are Expensive ,lol.

I would suggest an RX570, but your PSU doesnt have enough juice on the 12v rail and its age make it not a good choice. Something like a GTX1060 6gb would be pretty good pairing with your I7, but again the PSU is iffy partially due to the age.

A GTX1650 would be a good pairing offering solid 1080p performance, whilst only needing a single 6 pin.

Possibly could get a 1050ti they go for fairly cheap on eBay. Spdif out means optical audio, back then there was a lot of weird audio video gimmicks on computers I had a old Sony desktop with composite video ports on the front for video in that went to a custom capture card.

Got an answer from my local computer store that the Asus GTX1060 would need UEFI instead of the old American Megatrends Bios I have to run.Suggestion was that my system could run up to a GTX6xx card. If that info is correct it could save some one else getting a card they can'y use. If one of the forum readers is knowledgeable enough to confirm or deny I'm sure we'd all appreciate.

Well the gtx 700 series is the same architecture so I would think if it can run 600 then it should be able to run 700. So you could perhaps if you could run atleast a gtx 760
