HELP? upgrading and old computer! BOTTLENECK?

Hello everyone!
i have 12k (inr) budget and i want to upgrade my computer
my current specs are
intel pentium e5400 2.7ghz
asus p5akmpl am/ps mobo
local psu🙂$)
2 gb ddr2 ram(4 gb in total can be installed)
nvidia geforce 210
i want to play latest games like crysis 3 in 1080p 😀 or 1366x768
is ddr2 ram good for gaming ,should i upgrade it to 4 gb
and MAIN PROBLEM IS bottleneck of gpu
i am planning to buy nvidia gtx 750 ti or 750 from nehru place
and a psu
will it be bottlenecked by my cpu(it can be oc to 3.3 ghz)
what should i upgrade to run crysis 3 or lates games like cod :ghosts on medium in 1366x768 or 1080p in atleast 30 fps

Hmm. These things are cheaper in us so refer to sites like snapdeal,flipkart(for ex nvidia gtx 750 ti is for 150$ = 9000 rs and the same card is sold in india for 11500 rs)
Btw 12000 = 200$ approximately....

will it be enough for 1080p

and i have ddr2 2 gb already installed and one slot is free ..
so can i add ddr2 2 gb ram of another company?

No you cannot add 2gb of another company.It must be of the same company and also same speed and timings.
Also get the 750Ti 2gb,it will be better for 1080p gaming.
The best cheap PSu is Corsair CX430.

ok is there any way of knowing that which ram is installed in my pc..
i am comfortable wit h opening my pc case..
and ur sure na ki 750 ti wont be bottlenecked..
and how should i know that a psu will fit in my case..

cpu z says that i have
single channel ddr2 ram
dram freq. 403.3 mhz
size 2 gb
and much more ..is that much information is enough aur should i ask the person who assembled my computer..?

i opened my cabinet and saw my ram is of EVM
its written evm pc 800 ram
what does that mean?

Can u please tell me how cpu,gpu bottleneck can be reduced
I m afraid that people running 650 ti are told to get bottlenecked by e5800
So when i will pair e5400 2.7 ( i will be oc it to 3.3) with 750 ti
Will there be a bottleneck.. i will close all the programs and use razor game booster to kill even explorer.exe..
Presler is saying to buy 750 and mohit is saying to buy 750 ti
I m confused 🙁 please.tell one thing

If you can afford the 750Ti, go with that because it's better. I think you should be ok pairing it with your e5400 if you OC it. IF there is a bottleneck it won't be too bad.

Presler i just saw that 750 ti does not support SLI..
I might buy a killer pc in a year or two..
So whats about gtx 650 ti BOOST edition for my cpu..

And i forgot i might sli them (2way) in future and their performance will be equal to gtx 680.. so sli works or its just a money wastage..

I think presler is right and i also thought this before but all high end cards like gtx 760 ,gtx 770 are heavily bottlenecked by my cpu..
So i was left with no choice..
