Help! Upgrading my current build

I am looking to upgrade my computer to be able to stream and game on high settings (1080)!! Was thinking about more ram and i7 to complete my build.. What do you guys think and suggest?

Internet Speed/Connected Via Ethernet -
Ping - 1 download - 500 upload - 500

Current Build -
CPU - i5 4690k (OEM Cooler)

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SC GAMING ACX 2.0

Ram - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Motherboard - ASUS Z97-Pro Wi-Fi LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard

Power Supply - Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

If your wanting to game stream an i7 quad core is the bare minimum I would get. Ideally you want a 6+ core system with 16-32GB of ram for streaming while gaming. If you looking for a cheap upgrade I'd get a i7 4790K and at least 16GB of ram...32 GB would be ideal

Do you got any suggestion for which i7 and ram cards preferably 32gbs?

For the i7 i would stick with a K series like the i7 4770k or i7 4790k if you can afford as for ram something in the realm of 2133mhz speed as well. something like this...

32GB is overkill.. I7 6700k with 16 gigs of ram works fine as hell for me.

I think I'm going with a i7 4790k and 16gbs of ram, which would be the ideal best ram cards and cpu cooler? and price is no issue

I would've gone with a i7 6700k if it was compatible with my board :/ but any suggestions for if i go down the i7 4790k root? and 16gbs ram? and possibly a cpu cooler that would be great
