Hello can you guys help me decide what used parts should i get for $450 budget that can run AAA games at 1080p+streaming and what should i get for future upgrade?
if possible please name each parts and prices .


and is these Used GPU worth the price?
Here in the Philippines i saw used Zotac GTX980Ti 6GB GDDR5 Founder's Edition for Php9000=$176
Palit GTX1070 JetStream used for 6 months mining -Php9000=$176
used MSI Radeon RX 580 Gaming 8Gb for -Php6000 =$117
NVIdia GALax GTX 1060 6gb 192bit exoc Black from 2nd owner -Php6500=$127
Gigabyte Windforce R9 380 Blue Led 4gb 256bit ddr5 -Php 3500=$68
Gigabyte Radeon R9 380x -Php4500=$88

1080p at what settings?
Asking for streaming in addition to this with only a $450 budget is still difficult. Just getting a suitable CPU for this could still take up a huge chunk of the budget.

for now i only saw Bundle AMD Ryzen 5 2600 + Gigabyte ga-a320m-s2h for Php10,800=$211
