Question HELP! White noise/Static from new Kz Edx Pro IEMs

Just bought Kz Edx Pros and the hissing is unbearable, especially because I listen on low volumes. It's even worse if I play a video, everything's distorted. This issue only persists on my phone's audio jack - I've got a Xiaomi Poco x4 5GAlso noticed there is way less hissing if I plug it into my PC's audio jack so my phone is at fault. Any possible fixes with software/settings or do I need to buy something? Preferably cheap as I'm not very stable financially.

And I will ask where were the Kz Edx Pros purchased?

The headset may be defective, low quality, or even counterfeit.

Yes - per @helpstar : Try the headsets on other audio devices. Especially on some other audio devices that have no audio issues or problems with headphones, headsets, or even speakers.

If possible borrow other known working (no hissing) headsets from family and friends to try on your PC and phone.

Objective being to narrow down the culprit.

Yeah, gotta test with other things. In one hand, the PC will likely have a much better audio system than your phone. On the other, this is an extremely inexpensive product and there's certainly some relationship between price and quality.
