Question HELP! Why am I getting low gpu usage in games at Ultra settings at 1080p? (RSS6, Battlefield 1, Pubg , Apex Legends)

In Rainbow Six Siege (RSS6) at Very High settings, (75% rendering scale) the gpu usage is at 60-70%
In Battlefield 1 at Ultra settings (100% resolution scale) the gpu usage is around 50%
in Apex legends at high settings the gpu usage is around 70%
In Pubg at Ultra settings the gpu usage is around 30-50%
Why is the gpu usage so low while other people are usually at 100% gpu usage in these games
Time spy score was 8110 for the Rtx 2070




My system specs:
GPU : Evga Rtx 2070 Xc gaming (no oc and not ultra version of card)
CPU: Ryzen 1700 (OC to 3.8ghz
Memory: (1x8GB) ddr4 Evo Potenza (2133 mhz)
motherboard: Asus Prime B350M-A
PSU: Evga 450 bt 80+ Bronze 450 Watts

if it is actually displaying ultra 1080p graphics, i would just leave it alone

If you have only 1 RAM stick you are losing like 40% of your gaming performance. You need RAM to run in dual channel.
