You could call them and describe your issue they will go through a timely process of going through the obvious issue's possible, and then they will reefer you over to rma. you fill out their thing pay for a way to ship it and then they send it back within about 2 to 3 weeks of arrival. I normally just call to make sure there's a chance for them to rma it. I forgot to with one of my older video cards, so I always like to clarify on both ends from the manufacture and the owner. cleaning the fans would possibly work but then you risk loosing a chance to rma your card, and 90% of the time they just say yeah it's bad and send you a brand new card
