Yes, It should work! what other components are you getting? If I was you I would get one with an 80 plus certification. That PSU is not too good. Always buy a decent PSU or you are asking for trouble. Here's a good one,

So it looks like you found that PSU by sorting for lowest price, as it's one of the cheapest on newegg. As many power supply experts here will always bring up, why would you want to be cheap when it comes to the most important part of a computer? Also another thing about that PSU, it says it's 220V, if you're in the US that's not going to work for you. Typically Antec, Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, and OCZ are quality PSUs.
