I wanna run wow, Tera, skyrim, just cause 2, Minecraft mods, cod world at war zombies, chivalry, Hunter, counter strike. Stuff like that, no games like ac unity or far cry 4. Help? I want max setting or at least high with 30+ fps. Thanks!

OP, that build seems pretty decent for the price! It should run your games fine but what I would say is to change the power supply from the Corsair CX series to an XFX or Seasonic power supply as the Corsair CX series uses poor capacitors. I doubt you'd be able to run Skyrim on Ultra settings by the way.
