Help! Win32.Agent.ADB infection!

Recently i noticed a big slowdown on my internet connection, even though speed tests had it at a high rate, thanks to my gigabit fiber internet.
I scanned with both Avast, and Malwarebytes antivirus with no results, but on a hunch I decided to use the old school spybot S&D, and ping! among other warnings, a small window popped up in the middle of my screen informing me that "Your internet connection has been infected with Win.Agent.ADB"
I am using Spybot S&D, but if I remember correctly, there may be other steps I have to take, but it's been so long since I even used this program, I forget how to even go about it.
Anyone have a solid method for ridding my computer of this ?
