Help! Windows 10 genuine ?

When i click on get windows 10 app and click where it says this pc is compatible view report it says your good to go but then underneath says you will need to activate windows before upgrading. Will i still be able to upgrade and how do i fix this ?

its pretty self explanatory you need to activate your current windows

Yes that says it is genuine and when i go computer > propoties itn says windows is activated
