Thanks!

Well the 4790k goes up to 4.4GHz on it's turbo boost automatically so I would suggest going to 4.6GHz if you are going to at all. And there is a chance that your CPU can't even go up to 4.6GHz and there is also a chance that it can go up to 5.0GHz. It all depends on how lucky you are with the silicon lottery. So if you only plan on going that high then the I highly reccomend getting the EXTREME 4 or the Asus Z97-A. I would personally get the Z97-A over the EXTREME 4 but if you hate the looks of the Z97-A then getting the EXTREME4 would be fine. Come to think of it, I am not certain but I believe Micro Center has one of Asus' rare motherboards called the Z97-AR. That is a really sweet board and it has a really really classy look IMO.

That board doesn't even have a listing on PCPartPicker. I love that board and if you could get $40 off of it that would be sweet

well whichever would be the cheapest you could get without any compromises on performance, basically everything @MasterDell is suggesting is worth it, just go which you can save more if you'd be budget constrained.

So I've gone with a couple small changes, like the case, and think this is the build I'm going with. Wanted to post it and see if there were any last minute suggestions before I start ordering stuff. Keep in mind this is for streaming as well as gaming (reason I went with the i7-4790k). I'm still trying to decide between the 970 cards, whether to go Gigabyte G1 or MSI. I guess I can't really lose there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
