Help With $550 Gaming PC.

I just saw the $550 Gaming PC build here on Tom's Hardware and I wanted to know if you guys think there is anything that should be changed about this build. I might be getting and my budget is $650, so you guys can change the build around a little. if you wont be doing much oc'ing, or hard-core gaming, ditch the cpu cooler.
upgrade to 4gb of ddr3 ram, for about $30 more
upgrade to a phenom II x4 955, which would bring a lot better performance. this would also require a slightly better/more expensive mobo, but would be around your budget range

Could you recommend me a mobo then? And what do you mean by hard core gaming. I'm also not going to OC.

hard-core = more than 3 or 4 hours of high-graphics gaming at a time, multiple times a week.
