Help with a 1600-1700$ Custom gaming pc

I tried using pcpartpicker to find a good build with a good CPU and GPU, able to run BeamNG (Needs good CPU) and gta v (needs decent CPU and good gpu). I would just be pleased if somebody with more knowledge than me, tell me what they think. Also i'm getting this build in spring 2016 so if new parts come out i could use Them

Ram/mermory: g.skill ripjaws x series 8gb (2x4gb) 240-pin ddr3.
CPU/processor: Intel core i7 4790k, 8m cache, up to 4.40GHz.
GPU/Grapichs Card: EVGA gtx 980 4gb gddr5.
Storage: seagate 1tb desktop and a (about 230gb) ssd.
Motherboard: MSI atx ddr3 2600 LGA 1150, z97 gaming 5
Power Supply: corsair cx series 600 watt, 80 PLUS bronze

Parts not required: OS, monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Needs to: be able to run modern games at about 60fps (while recording) at High to very High settings, at 1080p or maybe 1440p

You better come here spring 2016 then. Skylake will be half a year out and its OC potential would be thoroughly studied. Then we can advice you smth. good for that budget.
