Question Help with a cpu cooler.

Hello. I need someone to help me with a cpu cooler as i have no clue. My cpu is beginning to be very hot around 75c when i started playing more serious games such as the new cod. The reason could be that the cpu cooler is like 35$ a arctic pro 7, But i really dont need a water cooling since it isnt a i7 exacetly. I got a i5-2500k. So any tips on what cpu cooling is good for that processor? kind of limited budget here so. Around 100-110$?. Thanks for any help. Hugs and kisses

the dark rock pro seems to be a bit bigger than mine, About 2cm. But it fits but a cable is kinda in the way. Anything ican do there?

Apologies but can you let me know which cable is in the way? You should not really have issues on any cables but make sure that you have RAM clearance....Personally for the 2500K I would go mid level...as they should be more than good enough over the Arctic Pro...

Re-run the cable behind the motherboard, if its to short then upgrade the PSU.

Yep you do need to run that cable behind via the back of the case or behind the motherboard. As to Ram so long as it is standard sized RAM without any fancy heatsincs it should be fine...
