help with a game

i recently started palaying witcher 3 and i have a gtx 750 ti and i play on 1366x768 and i was hoping to get 60fps in ultra with foliage and shadows at low but im getting 40-50 even in 720p i was getting the same, what i can do to fix this?

There is why, for high quality in demanding games, need a better CPU. Although you may need a video card upgrade as well, you have lower end gaming parts and want to play a demanding game. Those two don't mix.
