Help with a PSU for Xfire 7970s.

I recently purchased a second 7970 to put into xfire with my first one. I have an OCZ ZT 750W PSU at the moment. I will overclock them once I get them configured. I also have a 3570k running at 4.2 Ghz. Will my PSU have enough headroom for the overclock without being in the danger zone?

The PSU guides/stickies confused me. I don't understand the amperage vs. voltage and how to determine if I have enough, especially for the overclocking.

Going by reviews, that are using a more power hungry CPU/setup than yours, you should have no issues, as even during stress testing it "only" reached around 650W, normal gaming will require less.
