I have just found a Zitech 6200AT in a box where I work. It is in almost-perfect condition but I still have to figure out how to power it (the box had no charger or cable whatsoever).
Upon a first look I found an interesting hardware connector that I have never seen. I opened the case but there are no prints on it. I don't even know how old this laptop is.
Here is a photo of the connector I mentioned: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6412726/IMG_1630.JPG
(excuse the shaky image :) )

Does anyone know a little bit more about this piece of hardware? because I am very intrigued by how well it survived.
(this is my first post on Tom's Hardware so please be gentle if I didn't follow a structure)

Hmmm, didn't even think of that. I thought that it had WAY too many pins.

It's vintage alright. Couldn't even find a manufacturing date for it 😀
