Help with A10-5800k

So I recently picked up the processor online thru newegg and I can seem to run it like any of the other people I have seen. I only would like to play League of Legends at about 60 fps but I cant even get up to 40 on all low settings. I need help configuring my settings or something because I don't know what's going on.

I'm also kinda new to computer builds since this is my first budget build ever.

3Dmark said it better than 7% of all result..

That's means it works normal.....

edit:
the only thing that i know can improve the speed is better ram (other than OC), since APU quite ram dependent.. (the best fit is the 1866 and your ram is only 1333)

No don't buy a new set of ram just yet. I know that 1333mhz is fairly slow for APUs, but there is something else that is wrong. Your APU isn't performing as it should. 3DMark says that it is 7% better than all results, and that it falls at around the Office PC range. That means that it's just as bad as Intel's integrated GPU, which is completely wrong because APU's iGPU are much stronger than the HD Graphics.
Also, if you show result detail on Fire Strike 1.1, Cloud Gate 1.1, and Ice Storm 1.1, it shows that his computer scores below average than other computers with similar specs.

Have you tried updating your BIOs to the latest version?
Also, can you link us to the specific ram you bought? Most motherboard automatically set the RAM, no matter what it's rated at, to 1333mhz and you have to manually enter the BIOs to change it to run at the specific speeds that the company advertised.

Generally memory on the graphic card provide much better bandwidth than the one in mobo/DRAM, so this why..
memory is very helpful for APU it can boost about 20~25% (depends application/game)....

Second if u see the 3Dmark score.. the one with higher score most of them running not the original speed (O.C. -ed)..

last, APU is not Gaming PC it's not the same as Console 'APU' ones, at least still now.. it much better than intel offering but it cannot beat dedicated card (as low as 7750/7770).......
about console APU i will not go there, to much to explain and will go OOT 😀

Yes I know that faster RAM will help APUs perform better, but there is still something wrong here...
I never mentioned anything about console APUs. What I'm saying is that 3DMark is putting the A10-5800k in the office computer zone, which is typically laptops with Intel's HD Graphic. As we all know, the APU is much stronger than Intel's HD Graphic.
Also, if you look at the average range for Fire Strike, which is about 1k scoring, you can see that a lot of them are using the A10 at stock clock.

As I said before, if you look at the details for each of the program, the OP scored under-average than compared to other computers with similar specs, and i can guarantee that most of the average scores are at stock clocks.
The OP can't even play League properly on low settings. I know that even some Intel HD Graphics can play League at low settings.
At this point, I would recommend troubleshooting as much as possible first before dishing out some money to improve performance.

Point taken..

First try check the temp... make sure the temp is fine, the cooler is in seated securely..

If it temp throttling (temp to high), try to see if the TIM (thermal paste) is Spread thin enough and evenly..

edit: also what the resolution on the monitor ? are dropping the res improve the fps?
