Question Help with AOC Q27G4XF Speakears

I bought two brand new AOC Q27G4XF monitors, and doesn't matter what I try, I cannot make the sound on these craps works. Already tried on difference PC's and a macbook.
Any tips to fix it?

I'm just stupid, there is no built-in speakers...

Are you having problems with a headset, since they don't come with speakers? Make and model of headset?

That monitor does not have built-in sound so what specifically is your issue?
