Question Help with asus bios overclocking

I followed the instructions on using ai optimizer.
I set bios to default booted into windows ran stress test 30min then back to bios to enable ai optimizer back to windows and when I ran the stress test around 10 min in I was in bathroom came back the pc rebooted so what do I do I reset bios but want to try again

Id reccomend doing manually rather than with the AI systems Asus has, most CPUs have plenty of guides on manually overclocking that'll tell you where to start and ehat increments to move up in. Having palyed around with all of the Asus smart oc features I quickly went back to manual
