Question help with BIOS

So I am a noob at tuning my computer and I want to use my full RAM speed I know I have to go in to the BIOS but when I do it looks like something from Windows 98 and the XMP options or frankly any options don't seem to be there. I am running the lates version of windows 11 home on a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0xxx. Can someone help me get to the easy mode option if that is possible.

I'd expect HP may have deliberately cut back on the options available in the BIOS. That's part of the price you pay with a pre-built PC from a major OEM builder.

You don't have the option to enable overclocking your ram in your build.
