Help with boot menu

Hello,
I need to change the boot settings in my Dell Dimension L667r to make it boot from the CD but I cant identify what is needed to be changed in the boot menu.

Move the CD drive to first in the boot priority. The BIOS startup screen may also have a option where you can manually select the boot drive also. Usually called the Boot Menu.
