Question Help with budget build

Hello!
So i helping a friend with parts for a tight budget build.

Now this is actually a little over budget, as he is looking for a budget $600-$900 with the $900 being the absolute max, including windows 10, where this is around $925 here in denmark.

Is there anyway to get the price down some more down without it hurting performance, since i am not sure how much other equipment he has (screen, keyboard etc.).

He is going to be playing Apex Legends and a couple of other games, but he is big on gaming so it doesnt have to be perfect quality.

some funds can be shaved off the system by changing cases and getting a different RX 580. the changes I proposed will not affect performance.
I would also drop the HDD to 1TB and try to get an SSD (minimum 240GB. smaller are slower) for the OS and a few games. the SSD will make daily use snappier and more enjoyable.

Is he going to overclock the cpu bacause if not then the ryzen stock cooler will do the job well and shave of 20 bucks og skål

Quick question though, would everything be able to fit in the case? thinking mostly of the GPU... i cant seem to find any dimensions for the Versa H21

UPDATE: So i advised the above mentioned parts and the price, yet it seems like he feels it is unneccery to get such a pc. He wants to play some CS (like Condition Zero and Original) and age of empires and then maybe apex legends and just normal web use etc.

So this is the newest updated list of parts i am going to suggest and would just like to make sure it should be able to play fine with those mentioned games but also maybe some upcoming games at atleast medium settings with no worries?

If you can sacrifice 8,9 fps then you should go with 8gb variant of rx 570 and throw away the cooler the stock cooler will do overclocking and

Now i see i forgot to put in the list of parts in my last post.

The prices are quite different than in the pcpartpicker website, but they are withing budget both of them, its just so that he can get the 2 options and then can make the decision of how much he wants to spend. Will also say that there is the 4gb card instead of the 8gb card of the 570 which is cheaper by a decent bit.

faster main storage, the same CPU for a few Euros less. performance of the 2200g and the 1300x is identical. why pay for a GPU you are not going to use? different motherboard, slightly less expensive and more PCIe slots to boot while having the same chipset. the 1060 is a tad faster than the rx 570, even with 3GB of ram.
