Building a new Day Trading Computer. I haven't build a computer since 2003, would like a little help or suggestions.
My current system is an ASUS laptop G531GT:
Intel i5-9300H
36 GB RAM
4 ASUS Zenscreens
I based this build off of (https://claytrader.com/videos/build-trading-computer/)
Here are the parts:
Hard Drive - Samsung 970 EVO Pluss SSD 1TB (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MFZY2F2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
CPU - AMD Rysen 9 3950X (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZTYKLZW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X53 - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MB5WDB2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
Case - Fractal Design Meshify C - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074DQVB97/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A1H9NMCPZH97BO&psc=1)
Motherboard - ASUS TUF B450M-Plus - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FKV3TVF/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=A3NYI7TZN48UUJ&psc=1)
Powersupply - Seasonic FOCUS GM-750 - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084TSPNR5/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?smid=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&psc=1)
Video Card - PNY NVIDIA Quadrp P1000 - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X9SC9SD/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?smid=AJ1BUG50UXZKY&psc=1)
RAM - Cruical Ballistix 2666 HMz DDR4 32 GB - (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083TRRT13/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)
Monitors - LG 32" 4k (three)
I'll be using this 5 days a week solely for trading. Wondering what changes you would make to keep it around $3,000. Is there anything you see that would be a bottle neck? I'm currently using 14gb of RAM on my current system but I'll be running more charts in eSignal. My CPU has been maxed out at times, thought about going with a Ryzen 7 since the prices are much lower.
