Help with building first PC

So im building a gaming PC for the first time and I need some advice for all the stuff I need.
I'm looking for good performance (min. 60 fps) at medium/high settings. I found a PC build that costs like 1500€ + Monitor/Kb but Id rather not use more than 1200€ on a PC. Looking for a list of components fitting with the Thermaltake view 27 case (If the case actually matters)

1 thing I recommend is to add a 250gb ssd everything seems good otherwise.

Can you recommend a good looking Case for 40-80€ and also Can I use the Corsair CX550 Power Supply and the Asus DRW-24D5MT with this?

Thats going to cost way more than 1200€, Itll be close to 2000€
