Help with Case Fans

So I have 3 fans on the front of my case pulling air in, and a fan on the back of my case pushing air out, I have room for 3 120mm fans on the top of my case, going from the front of my case to the back. If I were to mount those fans on top, should they be pulling air in or pushing air out? I was thinking push air out.
