Help With Case! Pls.

Hey guys..
I am gonna make my first PC build..and the thing is..I don't know whether I need to add extra fans in the case.
The case I an using is commander by thermaltake USB 3.0 black...my specs are
r9 280x
And fx 8320
Hyper evo 212 CPU cooler
Beast Kingston 2×4 GB ram 1600
Also need help in deciding a budget motherboard that is capable of over clocking the fx 8320..
. M5a 97 le r.2?? Pls need advice..

For the motherboard, I would get the GA-970A-UD3P as it's a good overclocking motherboard for the 970 chipset.
That case only comes with 1 exhaust fan and I'd recommend getting 1 for intake. Optimally, you would have:
1 bottom intake
1 front intake
1 top exhaust
1 rear exhaust

Get 1 fan for front intake. You should atleast get 1 intake and 1 exhaust for some airflow.
