Help with choice of a monitor!

Hi community!

I want to buy a budget 144hz monitor. I'm looking into the BenQ XL2411Z, because it is recommended everywhere. The BenQ is a relatively old monitor with its release in 2014 and doesn't have adaptive sync (freesync).
For the same price range i can get a 144hz with freesync monitor: AOC G2460PF or Acer XF240H.
Can you give me some opinions on those monitors. I play mainly Dota2 and CS:GO.

Whatever you play and whether you prefer IPS beautiful colors or TN speed, go for adaptive sync and never look back.

I have that monitor, is great for CS GO and other games as well. If you are getting such high frame rates you won't notice screen tearing. I recommend it.
