I'm looking for a 4K monitor to use with my PS4 Pro that's no more than $300. I've looked at a bunch and watched some reviews on YouTube and now my mind is kinda swimming. I know there are things to consider, like some not being able to do more than 4K 30fps over HDMI, and I'm kinda losing track of it all in my head. I'm gonna list 3 monitors that I'm looking at and see if I can get some opinions. Feel free to link to monitor recommendations as well if you have them, as long as they're no more than $300 before tax and have a 3.5 mm audio port.

The Philips is awfully tempting at that price, but I can't help but feel like there's a reason it's that cheap. In general I'm leaning toward IPS over TN for image quality, though I do have the ASUS on my list because of its features. Anyway, hopefully somebody can offer some opinions.
