so which one of these is the best cause i need to buy one today

EVGA CLC 360mm

ASUS STRIX LC 360

MSI MPG K360

NZXT Kraken X73

based on noise and cooling ,i know they are all made by Asetek and they all perform the same and all what you can do is buying couple of noctua fans for silence and better cooling but i can't buy noctua fans i'm currently in the middle east and they don't have it here

i need to make a decision now

any help?

My answer would be unchanged - pick based on what you favor the look of most.
You're really not missing much for performance between them - the AIO market has stagnated.
Galahad appears to be ok.
K360 still pricey for no reason.
H150i requires software.

I'm currently using an Alphacool Eisbaer Aurora 360 and Fractal Design Celsius S36. The reasons I picked them didn't have to do with performance.
The Celsius didn't require software to operate, and it was cheap compared to many options in my area.
The Eisbaer also doesn't require software, and it's serviceable - which is a bygone with the newest models. The stock fans sucked though, so I replaced them with the Celsius' fans.
Well, probably too late at this point - it's been several hours...
You kind of answered your own question, so pick based on the one you favor most.
The performance you get will be tied to the fans used and your ears. I don't know anyone that can tolerate running the fans on these things at 100% - at least in the same room with it.
A fan's performance does not scale linearly either.

#1 is an older Asetek gen 4 model, but it's not like the newer 6th and 7th gen smash it out of the park or anything.
If it does have one thing going for it, it's probably price and you would have the option to flush and refill it yourself - though it might get a little messy doing so. It may or may not be worth the trouble trying to do that and just throwing it out once it's done its duty.

#2 and 3 are just overpriced to hell.

#4 is a mixed bag with the mandatory software. Your experience with said software will either be ok, or not ok.

will looks is not an issue here but the cheaper one here is the Galahad but when it comes to fans there isn't any good ones around here maybe uni fans by lian li then ? or 120 ml fans by corsair ?

Both the H150i and the Galahad 360 are decent AIO water cooling solutions however no information about your system specs have been provided.
How can anyone decide which is best to suit what hardware you have.

Please list your full system specs for a proper assessment and recommendation as this is not something to be rushed with.🙄

ok here you go
5950x
ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI)
32 gigs of ram
3080ti
CM h500p mesh

You have the same chassis I do. That changes things a little.
The other hardware is different though.

i meant noise wise
It ends up not mattering a whole lot - the stock Galahad or the UNI fans - because you are going to tone either down to what your ears can comfortably tolerate, and the difference between that won't be night and day.
I'll stop talking about the Noctua fans, since they're not available for you.

The acrylic window in the top panel + installing a radiator up there. I understand why Cooler Master did it with the acrylic window and not completely meshed out - it helps to maintain a focus on positive pressure.

I have AIOs on both cpu and gpu. That's why I said I was getting ahead of myself. The airflow/cooling is different from most other setups that'll air/liquid cool the cpu, but still leave the gpu on air.
I actually get better overall load thermals doing front + top intake and rear exhaust over the traditional front intake, top and rear exhaust.

I've also DIY'ed a mesh window to replace the acrylic one up top, and will test how that does later. In theory, the mesh window should allow for better thermals than the front + top intake... in practice, it might not be any better.
I do have to turn down the speed of the fans up there a little, as the acrylic window was actually keeping the noise levels down, but the improved airflow should balance that out even with the reduced speed.

the mesh window to replace the acrylic one up top is not gonna do anything new as you said case pressure ,have you watched GN video about the case ? they did it my guess is that replacing the glass on the side with acrylic one that has a fan blows toward the gpu and reverse the intake up top to be exhaust maybe install another fan on the side to blow toward the vrm could do something new i wanna try it but don't have the time or the tools

Yes, I saw that video, but sometimes, it's not enough. I have to try it and see for myself.

I've actually done all this testing before, but recently changed fans, and felt the need to retest all these configurations again.
I have PC-OCD.
