Question Help with connecting and placing system fans. (6 fans, meshify-c)

Hello , I was wondering how do I go about connecting 2 front intake , 2 top exhaust, 1 rear exhaust and 1 bottom intake ( 6 total) . Case is meshify c by fractal design, fans are 140mm noctuas except rear and bottom, those are 120mm stock.

My questions are;

1. is that airflow config even good? (front and bottom intake, top and rear exhaust)
2. MB has 4 sys fan headers (MSI MPG x570 gaming). How should i connect them? I was thinking 4 noctuas on mb and stock to psu. Or should i use splitter for front and top and have all fans to mb?

I only purchased the case, still trying to figure it all out before buying other parts.

1. That is a good airflow configuration.
2. I would use a splitter, because if they are 4 pin fans, you can control the speed.
