Help with CPU Overclocking

Hi, so I am building a new computer and I am choosing between a amd fx 8350 vs a amd fx 8370E, which one has better perfomance and is better for overclocking using an hyper 212x? their prices are the same, so I have this doubt, any help will be welcome

The most important thing on overclocking on any platform is the psu and the mobo.In this case you must have a silver-gold 600-700watt minimum psu and a good phase-vrm quality 970-990 chipset mobo.

More or less between 8370-e i vote for 8370e as its better binned and may require lower voltages.

I do have a 750w psu plus a 970 mobo, and thanks ^-^
