Question Help with decision making

Hello i was just wondering which option I should go for, getting a ryzen 5 3400g with rx 570 gpu or a i3-9100F cpu with a rx 590 gpu.

Their both of similar price and are just under my budget i am planing to use the PC for gaming/streaming/video editing/music producing and maybe some animation along with it and you know watching videos ect, which one is better overall

The 3400G is basically a 2400G overclocked. I'd get the 2400G, pair that with a B450 motherboard and DDR4-3200MHz dual channel kit of ram, then drop in the RX570/580/GTX1660Ti.

What is the make and model of your proposed PSU purchase?

Hi, I looked at those components and they are way over my budget the components i gave you was the best gpu and cpu i can look for with my budget just wanted to know which is the better option of the two
